As an important form of archival resource development, archival cultural and creative services in China have in recent years seen diverse yet unified developers and sources, increasingly rich types and forms, increasingly broad audiences, and increasingly varied forms of public participation. However, the survey found that archival cultural and creative services in China still face problems such as outdated development concepts, a single type of developer and operator, homogeneous service providers, and a limited range of consumers. In response, this research combines the development background, trends of the times and innovative thinking of new cultural creativity, and proposes to promote the professionalization of top-level design, advance the socialization of developers and operators, guide the diversification of service providers, and encourage the diversification of consumers, thus offering a Chinese approach to the transformation and upgrading, sustainable development and industrialization of archival cultural and creative services.

This research was funded by the Major Project of the National Social Science Fund of China "Protection of Ethnic Minority Archival Documentary Heritage and Database Construction in Border Ethnic Regions" and other projects.
