Based on the current status and risk characteristics of electronic record archiving and electronic archives, and on the basic situation of electronic archiving and electronic archival resource construction in China, this project summarizes and analyzes domestic and international experience in the four-property testing of archives in related industries. Combined with actual business and information use needs, it studies application models of distributed storage and verification technology for the four-property testing of electronic records. On this basis, the research group will combine the characteristics of OFD fixed-layout documents to build a trust mechanism for both the archiving and the testing of electronic records. Making full use of existing electronic archives system resources and technologies such as digital signatures and encryption, data storage and management, and XML parsing and retrieval, it studies and designs a distributed trusted testing system for OFD documents and deploys a secure and trusted application environment. This enables trusted operation of OFD documents throughout the life cycle of electronic documents and promotes the development of electronic archival resource construction. In accordance with the national standard for fixed-layout documents, a platform was developed for OFD documents with conversion, reading, operation and trusted authentication functions. In addition, a patent application has been filed for "A Method for Converting PDF Files to OFD Files", which discloses the use of machine vision technology to perform layout analysis of PDF files, then parse the PDF file data and map the objects to the layout distribution.
