Intangible cultural heritage (ICH) archives previously faced problems such as weak guidance in the organization and use of their digital resources, a low degree of ordering, too little structured descriptive data, and an incomplete mechanism for dynamic data updates. To address these problems, this research builds an overall framework for knowledge graph construction and realizes the mapping between the knowledge graph and the ontology, and between the ontology and the graph database. Under the guidance of the schema layer, the data layer is organized to perform knowledge extraction, extracting concepts, relations and attributes to form knowledge facts. Knowledge fusion removes redundancy and errors, and the ICH archives knowledge graph is stored and rendered to achieve knowledge graph visualization. Finally, based on knowledge graph technology, the research developed the "ICH Archives Knowledge Graph", which was applied in the "Archival Knowledge Management Platform" in 2023. It supports the digital transformation of the development and use of ICH archives and provides a solid foundation for building a comprehensive ICH digital resource knowledge graph platform with sound mechanisms and advanced technology. The project also published 1 academic paper: "Transformation to a 'Smart' Business Model: Analysis and Construction of the Smart Archives".
