This research explores a multi-stakeholder framework and implementation path for developing China's red archival resources in the context of the metaverse. It integrates metaverse technology into the construction of China's red archival resources and proposes a construction plan for red archival resources that better suits China's national conditions. It applies advanced technologies such as digitization, virtual reality, the Internet of Things and big data analysis to the whole process of digitizing, displaying and managing red archives, and emphasizes the concept of full life-cycle management of red archives to strengthen the control of red archival data. Using advanced whole-process simulation technology, it develops a whole-process simulation platform for the smart exhibition of red archives, covering everything from the collection, arrangement and display of archival resources to interactive experience. As a result of this project, the research group completed a research report of 34,000 Chinese characters, 1 academic paper, 1 whole-process simulation platform for the smart exhibition of red archives, and 1 virtual exhibition of red archives
