In the period of digital transformation, the management of electronic records faces many difficulties, which challenges the trustworthy and secure management of electronic records. On the one hand, the instability and vulnerabilities of the network environment make electronic record data easy to tamper with, steal, forge or leak. On the other hand, there are changes in the single-track management model of electronic records and in the needs for multi-party collaboration and public participation in the social context of archival governance. Based on this, the project focuses on the electronic records management work of the Hubei Provincial Archives, takes problems and needs as its guide, and innovatively introduces blockchain technology as a solution. The project is mainly applied in the practice of archives within Hubei Province, and it also provides decision-making references for the national archives authorities and the archives of other provinces and cities. The project finally produced a research report of 130,000 characters and completed 10 academic papers, including 6 journal papers, 2 conference papers and 2 master's theses, and jointly developed 1 set of blockchain smart seal terminals.
