Ye Chen, Researcher

Ph.D., Wuhan University; postdoctoral researcher, Central China Normal University. Currently Assistant Professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Information Management, Nanjing University, and Deputy Head of the Department of Archives and E-Government. Research interests include information behavior, archives management and data governance.

Has led 7 projects, including a General Program project and a Young Scientists Fund project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and a General Program project of the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and has participated in more than 20 projects, including an International (Regional) Cooperation project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, a Major Project of the National Social Science Fund of China and a Key Project of the National Archives Administration of China. Has published more than 40 papers in important academic journals in the field in China and abroad, such as "Archives Science Study", "Archives Science Bulletin", "Journal of the China Society for Scientific and Technical Information", IPM, JASIST and Scientometrics, has published 2 books and has contributed to 3 textbooks.

Serves as a member of the Information Behavior Research Committee of the Chinese Society for Scientific and Technical Information, a member of the International Cooperation Committee of the Chinese Society for Scientific and Technical Information, a member of the Basic Archival Theory Committee of the Jiangsu Archives Society, and a reviewer for important academic journals and conferences in China and abroad.
