Zuchao Li, Researcher

Zuchao Li is an Associate Professor at the School of Artificial Intelligence, Wuhan University. He received his PhD from the School of Electronic Information and Electrical Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and worked as a researcher at the National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT) in Japan from April 2019 to April 2022. His main research interests include natural language processing and multimodal machine learning and modeling. He has achieved several internationally leading competition results in language understanding and structural parsing, machine translation and other fields, and was named one of the Baidu Scholar 2021 Top 100 Global Chinese Rising Stars in Artificial Intelligence. In the past five years, he has published more than 30 papers in domestic and international academic journals and top conferences, including 7 first-author CCF A conference/journal papers and 9 first-author CCF B conference/journal papers. His papers have been cited more than 1,200 times in Google Scholar. He serves as a guest editor of the journal BDCC and as a reviewer for many international academic journals and top conferences, including NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, EMNLP, AAAI, IJCAI, NLPCC, CCL, TASLP, TALLIP and TCBB.
