On October 11, Ce Shi, Dean of the School of Media Science (School of Journalism) at Northeast Normal University, led a delegation to visit the Key Laboratory of Intelligent Development and Service of Archives. Ping Wang, Director of the Laboratory and Associate Dean of the School of Information Management at Wuhan University, and others attended the symposium.

At the meeting, Ping Wang and members of the laboratory team presented the laboratory's history, co-construction mechanism, research directions, achievement transfer, and external exchanges. They gave live demonstrations of achievements such as the photo management system and the WHU Misi AI Agent Platform, and delivered a special report focusing on the "Song Ci Music Restoration Large Model." The two sides then held in-depth discussions on intelligent image recognition, as well as script text analysis and mining, in archival management platforms.

Ce Shi spoke highly of the laboratory's fruitful research achievements and its in-depth exploration in the field of innovative archival management, noting that this exchange provided valuable ideas and practical experience for the intelligent development and application of audiovisual archives. He expressed the hope that the two sides would take this opportunity to establish a long-term cooperation mechanism, jointly extend the laboratory's advanced technologies and achievements beyond the province, realize their value on a broader platform, and jointly promote the intelligent development of archival work.
