On April 24, Jun Li, Deputy Director of Zhejiang Provincial Archives, led a delegation to the Key Laboratory of Intelligent Development and Service of Archives for a visit and investigation. Ping Wang, Director of the Laboratory and Deputy Dean of the School of Information Management, Wuhan University; Ruolei Yan, Deputy Director of the Science and Information Division of Hubei Provincial Archives; Yuan Cheng, Deputy Head of the Department of Archives and Government Information, and others attended the symposium.

At the meeting, Ping Wang and members of the laboratory team reported on the laboratory's development history, co-construction mechanism, research directions, achievement transfer, and external exchanges, as well as implemented outcomes such as the Smart Multimedia Resource Management System and the AI+ Intelligent Archives Management Platform. They also gave a detailed account of the laboratory's current practical needs, construction challenges, and development directions. The two sides then held in-depth discussions on topics including the data-oriented, knowledge-oriented, and value-oriented development of archival resources, the application of new technologies in archives management, and archival data security governance.

Jun Li commended the laboratory's achievements and frontier explorations, and proposed that the two sides strengthen strategic cooperation in areas such as archives-university collaboration and the joint establishment of research entities, so as to jointly advance archival science and technology.
