Among them, the research poster session presentation "Archives Meet GPT: A Pilot Study on Enhancing Archival Workflows with Large Language Models" shared the potential advantages of applying large language models across the records and archives management lifecycle, introduced the latest achievements of the lab's self-developed ArcGPT Archival Large Language Model, and proposed a user-centered framework for evaluating the performance of large language models. The work attracted keen attention from fellow participants from China and abroad.

In the future, the lab will continue to actively implement the national informatization development strategy, focus on the intelligent development and service of archival information resources within the framework of modernizing national governance capacity, and further advance the innovative integration of new-generation information technologies such as artificial intelligence with smart archival services.
