Education/Work Experience:

September 1982 - July 1986: studied at the Department of Automatic Control, Nanjing Institute of Technology (now Southeast University), and received a Bachelor of Engineering degree;

September 1986 - July 1988: studied at the Department of Library Science, Nanjing University (now the School of Information Management), and received a Bachelor of Arts degree;

September 2003 - March 2009: studied at the School of Government, Nanjing University, and received a Doctor of Laws degree.

July 1988 - present: has taught at the university after graduation. He has successively served as Head of a Teaching and Research Section, Deputy Head of the Department, Deputy Dean of the School, and Director of the Research Center.
