The Thematic Archives Database Management Platform is a database management platform that classifies and manages archives by thematic type. Examples of themes are epidemic prevention and control, poverty alleviation and rural revitalization, red resources, and flood control and prevention. Under each main theme, archives are further managed by category, such as documents, photographs, audio recordings and video recordings. The platform supports format conversion for the long-term preservation of electronic records, for example converting DOC, XLS, PPT, TXT and other text files into PDF or OFD format, converting video archives in various formats into MP4 or AVI format, converting audio archives in various formats into MP3 or WAVE format, and converting various image formats into JPEG format, and it can be extended.
