9-10, Lei Shi, Deputy Director of the Shanghai Municipal Archives Bureau and Deputy Curator of the Shanghai Municipal Archives, and his delegation visited Key Laboratory of Intelligent Development and Service of Archives for an inspection and research visit. Director of the Laboratory's Academic Committee and, Wuhan University Professor at the School of Information Management Yaolin Zhou, Laboratory Director and Deputy Dean of the School of Information Management Ping Wang, and Department of Archives and Government Information Deputy Head Yuan Cheng and others attended the symposium.

At the meeting, Ping Wang and members of the laboratory team reported on the laboratory's development history, co-construction mechanism, research directions, achievement transfer, and external exchanges, demonstrated implemented outcomes such as the comprehensive archives management system and the open review system, and gave a detailed account of the laboratory's current practical needs, construction challenges, and development directions. Subsequently, the two sides held in-depth discussions on AI and robots in archives management, as well as the laboratory's future development plans.

Lei Shi spoke highly of the laboratory's achievements, stating that this visit and exchange provided valuable experience for the future development of the Shanghai Municipal Archives. Going forward, the two sides will continue to strengthen exchanges and mutual learning, explore opportunities for cooperation, and work toward a win-win outcome.
